Where are the SBB counters located?
The SBB counters are located at Zurich and Geneva airports in Switzerland. You have to exchange the e-mailed vouchers with a SBB kit at the SBB counters on your preinformed airport.

What does the SBB kit contain?
The SBB kit contains your Rail Travel Card / Pass, Excursion Tickets with a Guide Map of Switzerland and a Swiss Rail Timetable.

Is airfare is included in all Swiss rail tour packages?
No, the airfare to & fro from Switzerland is not included in any of our Swiss rail tour package. But our Air Ticketing department can definitely help you in booking your to & fro air tickets to Switzerland.

What Category of Hotel will be provided?
All our Swiss Rail Tour Packages includes the 3* star category hotel packages, however we can upgrade it to 4* or 5* hotels on your request at an additional supplemental cost, which is available on our website.

Are meals included in the tours?
The Swiss Rail Tour Packages include buffet breakfast only. We can arrange Lunch or Dinner on your request at an additional cost. We can also arrange for Indian or Chinese Lunch or Dinners.

What are your Cancellation / Booking Policy?
A.
An Amendment fee: SFr. 200. - per file will be charged for each change of travel date, change of hotel category or passenger name change upto 20 Days from the scheduled date of departure.

B. The client may cancel any tour subject to the following cancellation charges:
5% of the Package value if the cancellation request is received before 60 days from the scheduled date of departure of the tour.
20% of Package value if cancellation request is received within a period of 30-59 days from the scheduled date of departure of the tour.
50% of Package value if cancellation request is received within the period of 15-29 days from the scheduled date of departure of the tour.
75% of Package value if cancellation request is received within the period of 8-14 days from the scheduled date of departure of the tour.
100% of Package value if cancellation request is received within the period of 0-7 days or before the scheduled date of departure of the tour, which means no refund.

C. Cancellation must be advised by Fax/E-mail/Letter to The Swiss Holidays AG. On cancellation, refund will be made after deduction of cancellation charges as per the cancellation schedule given above. No Telephonic cancellations shall be accepted.

D. No refund or adjustment will also be made in the event of interruption of journey by a client on his own choice after the commencement of the tour.
