What are your Cancellation / Booking Policy?
A. An Amendment fee: SFr. 200. - per file will be charged for each change of travel date, change of hotel category or passenger name change upto 20 Days from the scheduled date of departure.
B. The client may cancel any tour subject to the following cancellation charges:

5% of the Package value if the cancellation request is received before 60 days from the scheduled date of departure of the tour. |

20% of Package value if cancellation request is received within a period of 30-59 days from the scheduled date of departure of the tour. |
| • |
50% of Package value if cancellation request is received within the period of 15-29 days from the scheduled date of departure of the tour. |
| • |
75% of Package value if cancellation request is received within the period of 8-14 days from the scheduled date of departure of the tour. |
| • |
100% of Package value if cancellation request is received within the period of 0-7 days or before the scheduled date of departure of the tour, which means no refund. |
C. Cancellation must be advised by Fax/E-mail/Letter to The Swiss Holidays AG. On cancellation, refund will be made after deduction of cancellation charges as per the
cancellation schedule given above. No Telephonic cancellations shall be accepted.
D. No refund or adjustment will also be made in the event of interruption of journey by a client on his own choice after the commencement of the tour.
